“Kistelek – Magyarkanizsa complementary touristic development based on natural resources as interconnected diverse elements of the regional touristic system”, a project implemented within the Interreg-IPA CBC Hungary-Serbia Programme also known as OASIS (ID: HUSRB/1602/32/0020), will be officially launched at the Opening Conference on 12 July 2018, at 11 AM, the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, in Novi Sad, Serbia.
The Opening Conference will be organized by the Lead Beneficiary – the Provincial Secretariat for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities – National Communities, which will implement the project with the partnering organizations: Local Municipality of Kistelek, Municipality of Kanjiža, and European Affairs Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
The Project aims to enhance the tourist potentials of the border region by improving and diversifying the tourist offer. A part of the project activities includes a development of the Health and Lifestyle Centre in Kistelek which also provides medical treatments encouraging in that way the development of health tourism.
